4.1When applying for registration of CRYSTAL ISLAND service, users must provide accurate subject information to CRYSTAL ISLAND company (when the user is an individual, including name, gender, date of birth, phone number, email, etc.; when the user is a company, including name, registered address, registration No. etc.), if there is any change in the main information, please updated timely. Any loss to both parties or the third party due to the authenticity of the information provided by the user shall be borne by the user.

8.1 CRYSTAL ISLAND company has the right to modify any clause of this agreement at any time. The user does not agree with the above modification and has the right to choose to stop using the CRYSTAL ISLAND service, but if the user continues to use it, it shall be deemed to accept the modification of the relevant terms of this agreement by CRYSTAL ISLAND company.
8.2 Regardless of any of the provisions of this Agreement that are partially or completely invalid or not enforceable for any reason, the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall still be valid and binding.
8.3 The conclusion, execution and interpretation of this agreement and dispute settlement shall be governed by the laws of the People\'s Republic of China and shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the People\'s Republic of China. If two parties have any disputes or disputes on the content or implementation of this agreement, they should first be settled through friendly negotiation. 8.4 The copyright of this agreement belongs to CRYSTAL ISLAND Company, and the final interpretation right and the right to modify the contents of the terms of this agreement belong to CRYSTAL ISLAND Company.
